Coach Singolare

Giulia Pascuzzi
Founder @Shining Bees
I am Giulia. I was born in Turin and have lived in many countries and continents. Before coming here I was a manager in multinational corporations and startups, where I was in charge of Marketing and Business Development. I have been recognized for my ability to simplify all kinds of processes. How do I do that? I put people and their talents (visible or hidden) at the center; I facilitate communication within and between departments. With these ingredients, you can achieve any goal easily and persuasively.
As a manager, I firmly believe in the principle of being “useful but not necessary.” I see my role as one of empowering team members with the knowledge and resources needed to support their growth and development. Throughout my career, I have prioritized sharing my experience and supporting the talent around me. I believe this approach is especially important for leaders, who are responsible for connecting people and ideas to create a cohesive whole. In addition, by fostering a culture of collaboration and learning, teams are better equipped to tackle complex challenges.
Throughout my career, I have gained extensive experience in marketing, operations, and business development working for large multinational companies in contexts and countries as diverse as Australia, Brazil, Germany, and Italy. I have had the opportunity to work in a variety of industries, from luxury to glass manufacturing, from appliance retailing to high-tech services. My experience has provided me with great knowledge and satisfaction.
From 2020 to 2023, I undertook an executive MBA program at ESCP Business School in Paris, ranked 3rd in the world. The program broadened my knowledge of the business world, allowing me to better understand concepts related to finance and economics. I also had the opportunity to take specific courses of my interest, such as “Anticorruption” at the Hertie School in Berlin and “Leadership for Innovation and Growth” at the University of Texas.
In 2022, I founded Shining Bees with the intention of fostering a new kind of organization, by making companies places where people feel truly happy and free to share their talents.
